Creamy Crockpot Chicken Dinner

This is honestly one of the easiest dinners I have ever made... Heck it's one of the easiest crockpot dinners I've ever made, so that's really saying something!  I have made this recipe a few times and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite chicken dinners.  So simple, yet so delicious.

Sorry no pictures for this one.  :-(

4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (large) can of cream of chicken soup
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup sliced/chopped frozen carrots
3/4 cup cut green beans
2 cups of White Minute Rice

1. Stir together cream of chicken and mushroom soup in crockpot.  Add vegetables and chicken, coat chicken in mixture.  Cook on low for 6 hours.

2. About 5 minutes before serving, either shred chicken breasts or leave them whole and add rice and stir.

MUST try recipe, it will surely please even your pickiest eaters!

NOTE: The chicken will start to get dry if left in too long so shoot to get it on the dinner table right at 6 hours.
