Steak Marinade

I have a couple of steak marinades that I keep up my sleeve when it comes time to grill some steaks and this is one of them.  I like this marinade recipe because it gives the steak almost a teriyaki flavor without losing all the other spices as well.  Of course if you want less teriyaki and more other flavors just reduce the soy sauce to 1/4 c. or less.

1/3 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp dried basil
1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper


*Add ingredients in a large resealable bag and mix well.  Add steaks and place in fridge for 6 hours to overnight.
