This grilled chicken is originally used to top a pasta dish that also uses lemon as one of the primary flavors but the chicken tastes so good that it could stand alone and be eaten with a wide variety of different sides. Therefore, I decided to publish the chicken and the pasta separate so they can be seen and enjoyed in all their glory.
I should also say that this grilled chicken tastes delicious as a chicken sandwich, especially one topped with tons of grilled veggies!

Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 Tbsp)
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of minced garlic or 1 tsp of dehydrated minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano or basil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1. Combine all ingredients in a large resealable bag and mix well. Place chicken in bag and coat with marinade.
2. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
3. When ready, grill until done
NOTE: Because raw chicken does not last long when not frozen do not leave in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours.
